We caught these 3 roosters at the Mouth of Jiqilisco Bay in El Sal Vador My Friend Nery Castillo caught a 38 inch one which was the first large fish He ever caught!I caught a 37 and 44 inch rooster!We could have caught more but took these home to prepare them!They are excellent pickled or marinated and grilled!Already eating the pickled style!
